Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of policy application
    Due to the special nature of lighting products (such as customized design, fragility, and non-resale after installation, etc.), we currently do not support no-reason returns or refunds. This policy applies to all online orders, including but not limited to:
    All goods such as lamps, bulbs and accessories
    Promotional activities or discounted goods
    International orders (if applicable)
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the products you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (email: tangpartner@storylightingl.com) within 48 hours after receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) :
    Transportation damage: Obvious damage to the outer packaging or abnormal product function
    Wrong item sent: Seriously inconsistent with the order description
    Quality issue: Performance failure not caused by human factors
    We will provide you with exchange or repair services based on the actual situation. Cash refunds are not applicable.
  3. Consumer Notice
    Inspection suggestion: Please check the outer packaging on the spot when signing for the goods. If any problems are found, please refuse to accept them and contact us immediately.
    Warranty service: Some products offer limited warranty (for details, please refer to the product page description). Please keep the original purchase voucher.
    Customized products: Once orders for size, color and other customized requirements are placed for production, they cannot be cancelled.
